In addition to being a writer, I'm passionate about working as an editor for indie authors and supporting them as they turn their dream book into a reality. Having gone through the indie publishing process firsthand, I know just how much work goes into putting out a polished book that you can be proud of! I work with writers of all genres and levels of experience as both a copy editor and proofreader. I offer a complimentary 2,000 word sample edit so you can decide if my editing style is a good fit for your needs.
Proofreading is the last piece of the editing process. I will review your manuscript for any typos, surface-level formatting issues, and errors or inconsistencies in spelling, capitalization, and punctuation.

Copy editing works to improve your manuscript’s overall clarity and consistency, while also noting and correcting any typos, accuracy errors, and issues with grammatical flow. This is a more in-depth editing pass than a proofread.
